我们传承我们的文化，是一部关于中医的电影。在一位非洲学生的带领下，中国的文化与健康的关系给她留下了深刻的印象。这部电影欣赏传统医学的相关性，即使是在药物的时代。介绍了中医学，重点介绍了针灸和草药的治疗方法。在非洲，传统草药几乎已经灭绝，因为它与巫术有关，而且没有科学证明。随着中国和非洲之间的文化交流日益盛行，她希望非洲能够重新燃起并珍惜草药这份礼物。

Our Heritage our culture, is a film about Traditional Chinese medicine. Directed by an African student, the relation of culture and health in China has impressed her. The film appreciates the relevance of traditional medicine even in this era of pharmaceutical drugs. It introduces Traditional Chinese Medicine, and focuses on the treatments of acupuncture and herbal medicine. In Africa traditional herbal medicine is almost extinct because of its association with witchcraft, and that it is not scientifically proven.  As cultural exchanges between China and Africa prevail, her hope is that Africa may learn to rekindle and appreciate its gift of herbal medicine.

在疫情期间，Groot开始在bilibili拍摄介绍威士忌的视频。一直忙于工作和学习而很少联系的Jorden和Groot又因此重新联络。影片借助酒这个载体，让他们彼此从个人到文化都有了更深的认识和了解，同时提醒我们不要在忙碌时而忽视了友情。

During the epidemic, Groot started shooting videos introducing whiskey in bilibili. Jorden and Groot, who had been busy with work and study and rarely contacted each other, come together again. The characters use drinking as a carrier to have a deeper understanding of eachother from personal to cultural, and at the same time remind us not to neglect friendship when we are busy with life.
