作品《狩猎者》讲述了一位在西安碑林博物馆工作的古文物研究员——陈根远。通过对碑林博物馆的石碑、石刻等文物的拍摄，以及记录陈根远的日常工作等形式，生动反映了一个身居博物馆多年的研究员犹如一个狩猎者，不断的发掘和研究博物馆的文物，深刻的表现了其对于工作的热爱，也借此阐述了他眼中的中华文化。
