“Let’s eat dim sum in free time”, a word used to greet in daily life, retains the friendship behind Cantonese Dim Sum Culture with generations of people in Guangdong. Cantonese prople like to yum cha, especially like to go to dim sum restaurant to do it. During 19 century，with the economic development of Pearl River Delta, the combination of the refined and leisure way to yum cha with a rich variety of Cantonese dim sum becomes folk activity beloved by the people of Guangzhou. With the changing times, the pace of people’s lives has been constantly accelerating, but what remains unchanged is the sense of leisure that Guangzhou people feel when they yum cha from early morning until noon.
