“山狮现在在哪？它是否如以往一般受到敬仰？”外国青年导演倪晟，前往广宁的苍山翠峰中，开启了一段寻找山狮的奇妙之旅。
According to legend, more than a thousand years ago in Guangning County, there were often wild animals threatening people and animals. To protect themselves, villagers used bamboo strips and cotton cloth to make a “mountain lion” that was alive and vibrant.
“Where is the mountain lion now? Is it still revered as it used to be?” foreign director ANTONIO went into the mountains in Guangning and started a journey to find the mountain lion.
With the unique perspective of young Brazilian director ANTONIO, the film explores the relationship between the mountain lion and people, society and nature by experiencing, appreciating and learning the skills and connotations of the mountain lion culture, showing the role of the mountain lion culture in the people’s inheritance, and spreading the mountain lion culture of Guangning, Zhaoqing.
