坦桑尼亚青年导演莫言在浙江省认识了一个茶园老板，他得知虽然开办茶园有很多的困难，但是茶园老板并没有放弃，莫言被这位老板的事迹感动，于是决定用作品告诉世界，为发展做事情需要自力更生，以帮助社会为目标。
Mo Yan, a young Tanzanian director, met a tea garden owner in Zhejiang Province. He learned that although there were many difficulties in starting a tea garden, the owner of the tea garden did not give up. Mo Yan was moved by the boss’s deeds, so he decided to use his works to tell the world that it is necessary to be self-reliant for development and to help the society as the goal.
