U knw wht..we need kachi moru daily at home..even if i make other new gravys n keep it along with kachimoru..my hubby will take kachimoru only!! At our home, kachimoru (seasoned buttermilk) is an indispensable side dish with rice. kachi moru recipie was nice .can you explain how to make a good sambar, I will try to post a sambar recipe, let me see :).
