Malagasy farmers complain about declining rice yields. She describes the problems faced by farmers in Madagascar. And she took a closer look at the impact of this on the people in difficult circumstance. <\/p>\n<p>She also visited the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock to know about the government\u2019s strategy to rapidly increase productivity so that Madagascar can achieve its goal of food independence. <\/p>\n<p>Chinese hybrid rice has been found to be one of the most effective solutions. Minosoa continued the investigation and visited some of the trial areas and interviewed farmers about the benefits of growing this rice.
