50-64 \u5c81\u4eba\u7fa4\u4e2d\u6709 9%\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u6ca1\u6709\u96c7\u4e3b\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u4fdd\u9669\u6216\u516c\u5171\u5065\u5eb7\u4fdd\u9669\u7684\u6240\u6709\u5e74\u957f\u8005\u4e2d\u903e\u534a\u6570\u4eba\u3002\u5728\u300a\u5e73\u4ef7\u533b\u7597\u6cd5\u6848\u300b(Affordable Care Act, ACA) \u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u5927\u7ea6\u4e94\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u7684\u4e9a\u88d4\u5e74\u957f\u8005\u6ca1\u6709\u4fdd\u9669\u3002\u8be5\u6bd4\u4f8b\u5728 ACA \u901a\u8fc7\u4e4b\u540e\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\u53c8\u589e\u957f\uff1b2019 \u5e74\uff0c7.9% \u7684\u4e9a\u88d4\u5e74\u957f\u8005\u6ca1\u6709\u5065\u5eb7\u4fdd\u9669\u3002\u5728\u590f\u5a01\u5937\u6216\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u5c9b\u6c11\u5e74\u957f\u8005\u4e2d\uff0c\u65e0\u4fdd\u9669\u7387\u7684\u589e\u957f\u5df2\u51e0\u4e4e\u62b9\u5e73\u4e86 ACA \u4fdd\u9669\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u6da8\u5e45\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u7f3a\u5c11\u5e73\u4ef7\u4fdd\u9669\u662f\u8bb8\u591a\u5e74\u9f84\u4ecb\u4e4e 50-64 \u5c81\u7684\u6210\u5e74\u4eba\u4ecd\u7136\u6ca1\u6709\u4fdd\u9669\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u539f\u56e0\u3002 AARP \u4e50\u9f84\u4f1a\u7684\u5206\u6790\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u5728 2019 \u5e74\uff0c\u6536\u5165\u7a0d\u9ad8\u4e8e\u95e8\u69db\uff0c\u7b26\u5408 ACA \u4e0b\u4fdd\u8d39\u8865\u8d34\u7684\u4e00\u540d 64 \u5c81\u5e74\u957f\u8005\uff0c\u5e73\u5747\u8981\u7f34\u7eb3\u7684\u4fdd\u8d39\u51e0\u4e4e\u662f\u5176\u6536\u5165\u7684 30%\u3002\u4e24\u9879\u8fd1\u671f\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u53d8\u5316\u53ef\u80fd\u5e2e\u52a9\u5e74\u957f\u8005\u4e70\u5230\u5e73\u4ef7\u4fdd\u9669\u3002 \u300a\u7f8e\u56fd\u6551\u6d4e\u6cd5\u6848\u300b(American Rescue Act) \u6709\u4e00\u6761\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u4e2a\u4eba\u5728\u5e02\u573a\u4e0a\u8d2d\u4e70\u5065\u5eb7\u4fdd\u9669\u7684\u91d1\u989d\u4e0a\u9650\u4e3a\u6536\u5165\u7684 8.5%\uff0c\u4e3a\u671f\u4e24\u5e74\u3002\u8fd9\u6761\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e8e 4 \u6708 1 \u65e5\u8d77\u751f\u6548\uff0c\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\u5f00\u59cb\u7684\u662f\u7279\u6b8a\u7533\u8bf7\u6295\u4fdd\u671f\uff0c\u5141\u8bb8\u4e2a\u4eba\u5728 8 \u6708 15 \u8bf4\uff1a\u300c\u867d\u7136\u300a\u5e73\u4ef7\u533b\u7597\u6cd5\u6848\u300b\u5927\u5e45\u51cf\u5c11\u4e86\u65e0\u4fdd\u9669\u5e74\u957f\u8005\u7684\u6570\u91cf\uff0c\u4f4650-64 \u5c81\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5e74\u9f84\u5c42\u91cc\u4ecd\u7136\u6709\u592a\u591a\u7684\u4eba\u6ca1\u6709\u4e70\u5f97\u8d77\u7684\u4fdd\u9669\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4e9a\u88d4\u7f8e\u56fd\u4eba\u548c\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u5c9b\u6c11\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u60f3\u786e\u4fdd\u6570\u767e\u4e07\u6ca1\u6709\u4fdd\u9669\u7684\u5e74\u957f\u8005\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u4ece4 \u67081
